I Will Bring You Near
2001

I like this album!  I was very surprised to hear Sixteen Tons on it.  I used to have an LP of Tennessee Ernie Ford singing that!  And, Sometimes I Just Keep It To Myself sounds much different than the Billy Twofeathers' version of the song!  No hippo or timber wolf on this one!  But I much prefer this version!  ;-)

1997

This is a really nice album!  Has a couple of terrific ballads on it. The first song to grow on me was Night Rider's Lament.  Not certain why -- I just find it very evocative, and it puts me in an introspective mood.  Tom Jackson's proceeds from the sale of this recording are being donated to the Canadian Association of Food Banks.

No Regrets No Regrets
1996

This is a great album.  I can't define the style, on either this or his other albums. It's not what I think of as country music.  And while some of it is folk-ish, there is also a kind of raucous, bluesy feel to some of it.

North of 60 Soundtrack North of 60 Soundtrack
1994

Tom Jackson performs two of the songs on this CD:  Humble Me and Love Turning Blue.  If you're a fan of North of 60, listen carefully to scenes that take place in Gerry and Rosie's diner/general store and you'll sometimes hear Tom's music playing in the background.  A fellow fan had to draw that to my attention - I'm not normally that observant!
